Unlike the DX version, functions of the CSM version are much more faithful to its television counterpart as it contains motion sensors to indicate transformation as opposed to a button, a technological advancement that was first used in a prototype driver displayed at the Complete Selection Modification#The Henshin event in 2019. The CSM version of the Altering was released on September 2021.The Altering's name is a joining of the words "alter" and "ring".The orb at the center of the belt shares its name with Wizard's Philosopher's Stone.When accessing Burning and Shining Form, the Dragon's Nail ( ドラゴンズネイル, Doragonzu Neiru) forms over the belt to protect the Philosopher's Stone. To access Trinity Form, the user either presses both switches simultaneously while in Ground Form, or presses the switch opposite of whichever of the Dragon's Eye forms he is in. Pressing the switch on the right side of the belt accesses Flame Form while pressing the switch on the left accesses Storm Form. To either side of the Philosopher's Stone are the Dragon's Eye, which allow access to either Storm Form or Flame Form. The orb in the center of the belt is called the Philosopher's Stone ( 賢者の石, Kenja no Ishi) and it holds the Seed of Agito, the source of Agito's power.Īs he grows in strength, he would unlock its full powers.
